We had the honor of planning and designing the Reveal for the Spring 2016 Issue of the Brides of Austin magazines at the magnificent Four Seasons Hotel this past March.
For the design of the brunch I created a modern spin on a the traditional garden party. I still wanted a romantic wedding setting but I did not want to veer into vintage country china territory. It was important to me for this event, to showcase my style of wedding design which is a mix of modern, elegant, organic and unique design elements.
Our original plan was to be out on the Four Seasons lawn but the weather did not want to behave, so we moved into the ballroom. Not a bad weather backup plan if you ask me. :)
Working with Gretchen from Petals Ink on floral design was a dream. All the flowers used for this event are picked locally at her floral farm right here in Austin! If you need gorgeous organic designs Petals Ink is a florist you need to check-out.
Premiere Events pulled out all the stops to help me create the perfect look for this event. I am completely in love with their new woven Panama linen collection and their white washed french country chairs.
All the lovely centerpiece cloches with terra cotta plates and stage lounge were provided by Birch and Brass.
The Four Seasons created the most delicious brunch one could ask for. Seriously, the food was out of this world. If you have a free Sunday, make sure to check out the hotel's Sunday brunch!
Bonnie from Archer and Olive and I had a blast creating a brunch wedding industry themed crossword puzzle for the event. I think with stationery it is fun to get away from the standard menu at each place setting trend and use this space to do something fun!
