Who is Wild Sky Events....
Kate Goddard, Owner Wild Sky Events
I began working in the events industry over 12 years ago as a lighting designer and event producer for large scale music events and festivals. I moved into the role of producer shortly after and began the adventure of being an event planner. This career has taken me all over the world planning events from London to Melbourne and I have loved every minute of it.
Over the years I have designed and produced events for Universal Music Group, SXSW, Zendesk, Chandon, The Nature Conservancy, Frontline, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Formula 1, University of Cambridge, many Fortune 500 companies and exciting new tech startups. These have ranged from 1,000 guests food and wine festivals and SXSW music showcases to product launch events, corporate holiday events, non-profit galas and gorgeous weddings.
What sets Wild Sky Events apart?
My favorite part of being an event planner is being able to combine the analytic and creative sides of the business. What sets me apart is my ability to jump between a data driven producer role and the creative designer role. I am happiest when I get to design and fabricate unique interactive event experiences for my clients.
I look at events as more than just an party but as an extension of the overall marketing strategy and it is important to me that every design element feeds into that plan. My mission is to create a fantastic event but also to make sure it is the event my clients need and one that is in tune with their ROI goals.
Personalized and creative event planning for our social event clients!
For my social event clients the goal is to make the planning processes as stress free as possible while also designing a wedding that is unique, stylish and gorgeous. Because I personally plan every wedding that comes through our doors, I only take 10 weddings a year to ensure my clients get the very best service.
